Acquisition Advisory
Buy with a mandate, not a search bar.
EVYAR is an independent brokerage that helps qualified buyers find and pursue privately held businesses, income-producing assets, and recurring-revenue portfolios.
From thesis to closing.
Each engagement follows a defined process. Its scope is set out in writing before any work begins.
- 01
Define Acquisition Criteria
We formalize your investment thesis: target industries, markets, size, cash-flow profile, structure, and timeline.
- 02
Identify Opportunities
We search across represented mandates, authorized partner listings, and direct owner outreach for assets that fit.
- 03
Evaluate and Qualify Targets
Each target is screened against your criteria and preliminary financial indicators before it is presented to you.
- 04
Coordinate Seller Engagement
We manage first contact with owners and their representatives with discretion, protecting your identity until you choose otherwise.
- 05
Support Due Diligence
We coordinate information requests, document flow, and milestones with your legal, tax, and financial advisors.
- 06
Negotiate and Coordinate Closing
We support price and term negotiation and coordinate the parties through definitive agreements and transfer.
How opportunities reach you
Three pathways, each clearly labelled.
- A
EVYAR Represented
Businesses and assets that EVYAR represents directly under an authorized seller agreement.
- B
Partner Opportunities
Third-party listings marketed with the explicit authorization of their sellers or brokers. EVYAR does not represent the seller in these transactions.
- C
Custom Acquisition Search
A buyer-side engagement in which EVYAR searches for opportunities that match your acquisition criteria, including ones that are not on the market.
Every opportunity shows its representation status. EVYAR does not suggest it holds exclusive representation of opportunities sourced from outside the firm, and does not republish third-party listings without permission.
Terms of Engagement
Representation begins with an agreement.
Buyer representation and acquisition services start only once a formal engagement agreement is signed. That agreement sets out the scope of work, exclusivity (if any), fees, and each party's obligations.
Services are subject to qualification, which may include proof of funds or financing, and to the licensing, disclosure, and regulatory requirements that apply in each jurisdiction and asset class. Submitting an acquisition profile does not create a client relationship.
